Delete your account

Delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open Spytoo and sign in.
2. On the Home screen, tap your account button in the top-right corner to open Account settings.
3. Under Session, tap Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is removed immediately and you are signed out on every device. This cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete it within 7 days:

Email a deletion request

Send it to support@spytoo.com with the subject “Delete my Spytoo account”. We may reply to confirm it is really you before deleting.

What is deleted

• Your login, email address, display name and password.
• Your player or coach profile, profile photo, attributes, statistics, bio and contact details, along with any requests clubs made for those details.
• Your Player of the Match votes, fan ratings and trial registrations.
• Saved payment cards and your backing history as it is linked to you.
• Blocks you created. Content reports you filed are kept with your identity removed.

What is kept

• Backing transaction records are kept in anonymised form (with your identity removed) because financial records must be retained by law and by our payment processor.
• Club records that you administered survive without you. The club becomes unclaimed and can be claimed by a new representative with a code issued by Spytoo. Fixtures, results and team sheets remain part of the competition record.
• Records where your name appeared as part of a match (for example on a saved team sheet or in a result) keep the football record but no longer link to an account.

Only want to remove some data?

You do not have to delete your account to control your data. In the app you can edit or clear profile fields, remove your photo, withdraw contact permission from a club, remove saved cards and switch off availability. For anything else, email privacy@spytoo.com. See our Privacy policy for details.
