No. Tap “Browse as guest” on the welcome screen to explore clubs, players, fixtures and results. You need a free account to vote, rate, back a player or create a profile.

Sign up as a fan, then open Account Settings and choose “Become a player” or “Become a coach”. You can then complete your profile from My Profile.

Once you are signed to a club, your profile is public. While you are a free agent, only club administrators can see you, so they can invite you or request your contact details. Your phone and email are only shared with a club when you accept its request.

Voting opens at kick-off and closes two hours later. Anyone with an account can vote once per match for any player on the announced team sheets, and can change their vote while voting is open. It is free.

A backing is paid to the player's club for the player's real-world football costs: kit, travel, training and match expenses. Spytoo adds a 20% service fee on top, shown before you pay. Backing never unlocks anything in the app.

Results are claimed by the two clubs and confirmed when they match. If you spot an error, contact the club, or email us with the fixture and we will look into it.

Open their profile, tap the menu in the top corner and choose Report or Block. Blocked people are managed under Account → Activity → Blocked people.
